Karvy - Manager - Talent Acquisition

- Plan and Execute Recruitment Strategy for all the hiring needs of the organization.

- Should be able to drive and manage the Recruitment Team

- Exceptional Communication and negotiation skills

- Should be able to handle End to End Recruitment process

- Must have experience in Volume hiring and should be able to drive Recruitment Targets.

- Non IT Volume hiring is a MUST

- Should be able to reduce cost of hiring by way of increasing the internal sourcing capabilities and building own data base

- Ability to understand the business needs and source and select the desired candidates as per the requirement

- Work closely with the Business Partners and ensure TAT based hiring

- Come up with innovative methods on Innovative hiring techniques and introduce Industry Best Practices

- Hiring right resource for the job role and identify and map critical Talent available in the Industry

- Should be proficient and have hands on experience in handling Job Portals and Social Media Hiring
