Key Responsibilities: - Understanding business profile and analyzing financial statements &amp; other financial data like bank statements to understand the past and future business and financial risk profile of the Banks borrowers/client on the retail segment of the bank from across all industries. - Manage a team of rating analyst to ensure adherence to quality, policies and TAT while completing the rating process - Assess and review pertinent business, industry, financial and other data essential to credit rating activities by applying acquired research, analytical and reporting skills - Development of new products and rating models - Conducting continuous surveillance of rated clients and handling client grievances with respect to ratings assigned. - Participate in meetings and on-site visits with clients - Monitoring portfolio performance for stress indicators and recommend suitable rating actions and highlight key risk factors to the credit team. - Industry presentations evaluating sector performance and rating movement at a portfolio level. Qualification, Experience &amp; Desired Skills: - Experience in ratings, credit underwriting or policy-related job role for Mid and&nbsp;Large Corporate segments in any Rating Agency, Bank, NBFCs, Research &amp; brokerage houses or KPOs. - CA, CFA or MBA from a Tier 1 institutes - Excellent analytical skills - Strong Interpersonal / Communication skills - Experience in handling large volumes and good in excel skills. - Good understanding of Banking products
