- This position would be responsible for the Talent Management Initiatives across the Global Business Services vertical for Karvy Computershare Pvt Ltd
- To Partner with Business on Talent Engagement, Talent Development, Succession Planning, Retention Management and Skills Assessment
- To drive On boarding of New Hires, HR Induction, R&R Initiatives, Conduct Skip Level meetings, Employee Communication and Organization Branding
- Pulse check with the new employees and ensure proper handholding during the training period. Do a dipstick check with the tenured staff to understand the ground reality and update management on the Floor Pulse. Responsible to drive/conduct Employee Satisfaction Survey as and when needed.
- Review and analyze business unit data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve performance, retention, and employee experience
- Work with line managers and employees to address all types of employee relations issues ensuring a balance in representing the organizational Interest
- Publish and Implement Employee Engagement Calendar and initiate Fun @ Work activities periodically. Working with business groups assess, create and implement innovative solutions for a variety of employee engagement initiatives within client group
- Assess business units human resources training needs and conduct 1:1 and/or group training sessions as appropriate
- Review and analyze business metrics including data on retention and employee experience in order to recommend systemic improvements.
- Timely competitive analysis and implement Best practices across industry. Implement/administer/interpret corporate policies/programs/procedures
- Performance Management, Manage Internal Job Postings, Implement Performance Improvement Plan and Partner with Operations Leads for OD interventions.
- Plan, manage and provide continuous improvement to all aspects of the client organization and leadership review process and strategic objectives therein. This includes both annual and mid-year processes which focus on performance management and talent development
- Partner with Business to implement and conduct Performance Appraisal cycle. Ensure that the Performance reviewers are trained on the Performance Appraisal mechanism and commend proper administration of Pre & Post appraisal feedback
- Partner with managers to retain, develop and motivate people to achieve their fullest potential
Qualification:
Full time MBA in Human Resources from a reputed University
Experience/Skill Set:
- Minimum 5-6 years of Business Partner HR role in a MNC BPO
- Should be well versed with the Industry practices and should have thorough knowledge on HR Policies and Practices
- Excellent communication Skills with an ability to conduct trainings or convene discussions among large audience
