Brief Job Description :

- Planning for the brokerage process activities.

- Identification of Risk by analyzing the current process

- Proactive approach, building strong controls to avoid any process failures

- Strategic Management

- Monitoring the team for completion of the tasks assigned to them.

- AMC coordination and clarify the issued raised.

- Maintenance of TAT in resolution of queries by the team.

- Implementation of rates structures / incentives from time to time.

- Take care of Dispatch activity of Brokerage warrants and statements for all payouts with zero error.

- Monitoring day to day activities of the team and ensure the team deliverables in time.

- Ensure 100% compliance as per the norms of regulatory authorities and concern bodies.

- Leads the team to fulfill commitments.
