Your role involves following main activities and responsibilities: - Business Development in Delhi and North India for investment Banking products like; Initial Public Offering (IPOs) both Debt &amp; Equity, Follow-on Public Offerings (FPOs), Rights Issues, QIPs, Restructuring offers viz; Buyback, Delisting and open Offers under Takeover Regulations and Mergers &amp; Acquisitions, Debt Syndication &amp; structured Finance, Private Equity Syndication, Private Placement of Debt, Corporate Advisor, Equity Valuation, ESOP/ESOS Certification. - Establishing and maintaining relationship with public Sector Under takings, especially those undertaking who come out with Bonds Issues. - Introducing new Products of fund raising depending upon client needs (other than those mentioned in Point No.1 above). - Establishing and maintaining relationship with Financial Institutions located in the Capital Region. - Networking with Chartered Accountants, Company Secretaries, legal Advisors and other financial professionals for possible business leads. - Establishing and maintaining relationship with Pension Fund Trusts, superannuation Funds, Charitable and Educational Trusts, etc., for private Placement of Debt/Bonds. - Strong Understanding of Financial and Regulatory Implications of Various deal structures. - Possess knowledge of Company Law, SEBI Regulations/Guidelines and over - all regulatory environments.
