Experience: 1. 7-11 years of experience in primary research (Quantitative) 2. Additionally, the candidate should have a functional knowledge of statistics. 3. He/she should also be conversant with tools like MS Office and SPSS. 4. He / she should have had team responsibility for at least 2 years with a team revenue of 1 -2 cr (Quant) 5. He / she should have been in an active business development role for at least 2-3 years 6. He / she should be able to showcase expertise in key research approaches, models and new developments in his/ her stream of research. This experience should ideally be across sectors and not be limited to one sector only Key Areas of Responsibility: 1. He / she would be responsible to generate revenue and develop business from new and existing clients. 2. Research Management - Will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring completion of quant projects adhering to the timelines and quality standards. It will include creating project proposals, designing research tools, supervising field work, data analysis, report writing and final presentation to client. 3. Client management will also be an integral part of the role. Pitching business to new clients, working with them as their research partner and guiding them to make the correct research decisions will be a part of the profile. 4. Team Management - He / she should be able to select, guide and mentor team members from a long-term team building perspective. He / she should be able to drive team members and other colleagues to go beyond defined boundaries to deliver beyond expectations by using creativity and lateral knowledge to facilitate situations.
