Senior Manager (Qualitative Research) - Purpose of the role: Responsible for learning and implementing Qualitative market research projects for clients. As a market researcher, you collect and analyse data and then present it to your clients. The information you provide helps them to make informed business decisions. Education Qualifications : PG (psychology / sociology / anthropology) or a Professional Course Degree (eg. MBA) Experience : - The candidate must have 7-12 years of relevant primary Qualitative research experience (Consumer/Brand/Ad related primary research). Role and Responsibility : 1. He / she would be responsible to generate revenue and develop business from new and existing clients. 2. Research Management : - Will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring completion of qual projects adhering to the timelines and quality standards. It will include creating project proposals, designing research tools, supervising field work, content analysis, report writing and final presentation to client. 3. Client management will also be an integral part of the role. Pitching business to new clients, working with them as their research partner and guiding them to make the correct research decisions will be a part of the profile. 4. Team Management : - He / she should be able to select, guide and mentor team members from a long-term team building perspective. He / she should be able to drive team members and other colleagues to go beyond defined boundaries to deliver beyond expectations by using creativity and lateral knowledge to facilitate situations.
