Head - Sales and Business Development

Brief Job Description:

- To drive revenue growth in International market :

a. Acquisition of new clients

b. Increase bouquet of products / services currently being offered to an existing client.

c. Develop and own the business strategy, along with sales forecast and revenue projection.

- Own up Relationship Management with the clients & ensure smooth resolution of operational issues by the Operation heads.

- Negotiation & closure of commercial terms with clients.

- Explore new business opportunities drive to establish it.

- Explore opportunity of business in International market, carry out due diligence of the scope of business & drive to establish the business. Develop relationships and potential collaborations across the International Market to develop company footprint. Also Liaison with the local regulators and other statute bodies.

Key deliverables:

- Get in place business plan, forecast pipeline and revenue projections.

- New customer acquisitions as well as deep mining of existing customers

- Explore & establish business opportunities via collaboration, M&A in International market.

- Key customer relationship management.

- Targeted revenue as well as bottom-line.

Educational Qualification:

- MBA preferably in sales & marketing or finance

Work Experience required:

- 15+ years of experience across B2B sales and marketing in BPO industry.

- Competence in handling concept selling, more particularly Customer Excellence & transaction processing sales.

Competencies/ Skills Required :

- Sales and marketing head experience required - strategic intent & sales forecast and planning experience. Experience in concept selling.

- Preferably in financial services sector, or selling to financial services sector ( only B2B)
