Roles & Responsibilites:
- Develop and implement strategies to deliver performance in Online Broking - Direct Channel business with a focus to develop and improve systems and drive bottom-line for business.
- Responsible for the delivery of business unit operating plans and policies, ensuring conformance and consistency.
- Identify key performance drivers and establish/address an agenda of top issues/opportunities to improve performance and growth
- To keep a tab on competition and ideate on new products that could be introduced to maximize revenues and customer experience
- Ensure proper risk and control, and full compliance with internal policies and external regulations for the products and services.
- To manage and develop key relationships with internal stakeholders (across KARVY's existing systems, external vendors and industry experts)
- Developing online customer insight to drive overall and leadership at the Zonal Head/ Regional level through strategic planning, marketing support and resourcing.
- To analyse customer data and trends to develop scalable and flexible best practices for retail broking business
- To engage and manage third party suppliers/vendors
