Purpose of role :

To head the Lead Management Systems

Key Responsibilities :

- Connect with outbound prospects using phone and email and respond to all inbound leads

- Document all activities in the CRM and manage the information in the database on all lead prospects and opportunities

- Accumulating, drafting & maintaining Data to streamline the Promotions & Campaign details

- To provide drive performance to across all LMS executive on primary calling

- Handling Outbound calls to generate Leads for Broking & third party accounts

- Coordinating with the executive for Lead Quality and feedback on day to day basis.

- Preparing Individual MIS and daily reports.

- Training new recruits on process and taking their Mock Calls.

- Work closely with the team at H.O. and branches to accelerate sales cycle, extend reach into target accounts and refine the lead development process

- Co-ordination with business for Set appointments of sales personnel (FAs/RMs)

- Have the ability to multitask and prioritize large lists of leads

- Help with list building and other research projects

- Manage a team of people

- Develop value proposition messaging

- Ad hoc reporting on pipeline opportunities

- Pre-qualify leads for the Relationship Manager/Financial Advisor

- Ensure Conversion targets are met on inbound & Outbound Line
