Brief Job Description :

- Head over all P&L for the business & ensure targeted revenue growth & EBITDA.

- Acquisition of new business

- Maintenance of target revenue from the clients as budgeted for the year.

- Optimizing Staff cost & Operational costs

- Ensure bills to client are raised in time & Bills to be realized within 90 days of raising it

- Ensure that day to day operations are managed as under

a) TAT & Quality as per SLA

b) Number of Errors to be negligible

c) Timely & accurate Reporting / Management Information analysis - For Clients, Regulators, Management

- Ensure Relationship Management with Client, Regulators, Investors & Internal Stakeholders.

Responsible for following :

a) Number of Escalations

b) Client feedback

c) Prompt qualitative response to query from Client/ Regulator

d) Manage Dash board of activities in time & take corrective action based on it

- Team Management - Ensure Learning Initiatives, Adherence to discipline, punctuality and compliance by the team & Attrition Management

Key deliverables :

- Revenue growth & EBITDA for the business unit

- Relationship management with various stakeholders like lead managers, RAIN members, and statutory and quasi legal bodies like SEBI, Govt., Stock exchanges and depositories etc.

- Customer & investor satisfaction - Feedback & number of escalations

- SLA management

- Team management

- Cost optimization for team

Educational Qualification:

- MBA - preferably in finance

Technical qualification:

- Preferably NISM certified

Work Experience required :

- 15+ years of experience across Business Development/ Operations in Capital Markets out of which 5+ years should be heading the P&L for a BFSI unit heading a large team.
