The Group is professionally managed with a combined staff strength of nearly 8500 employees across the length and breadth of the country and ranks among the best in technology, operations, and research.   Purpose of role   Responsible for tracking & analyzing fundamental equity research  Roles & Responsibilities:  - Analyze trading of particular companies on stock exchanges and write frequently on findings of the same.   - Review and interpret cash flow statements, income statements and balance sheets on publicly traded companies. Calculate financial ratios and perform exchange rate calculations.   - Develop key industry themes and do company due diligence.   - Develop, maintain and manage business contacts with management level, sell-side analysts and investment community peers.   - Gather first-hand information and help enhance investment process.   - Develop financial models to accurately reflect companies' overall performance and valuation to help make sensible investment decisions.   - Supervise performance of respective company's part of the portfolio and provide timely updates on individual companies.   - Develop, maintain and analyze a generic and specific company, industry and market overviews.   - Research and analyze specific company financial information and fundamentals.  - Strong analytic skills, excellent writing and presentation skills as well as a managerial track record.  - Should be smart, highly energetic and hard working with strong analytical skills.
