Purpose of the role :
- To lead & execute plans for increasing market share of Retail broking business in the said area.
Key Responsibilities :
- Meeting Top line Revenue and P&L Targets.
- Responsible to build and manage a retail team with a focus to aggressively acquire customers
- Drive broking business of KARVY to retail customers, and to ensure visible penetration in the Area
- Corporate Deals - making corporate pitches and opening doors to get clients in large numbers
- Deliver product P&L for the Area by not only re-activating dormant customers but also acquire new customers
- Build and lead a highly effective team.
- Conceptualize and develop marketing plans for the products in line with the business plan.
- Design promotional schemes and contests for supporting higher reach to the customers
- To keep a tab on competition and ideate on new products that could be introduced to maximize revenues and customer experience.
- Ensure proper risk and control, and full compliance with internal policies and external regulations for the products and services
