Purpose of the role :

- Set-up direct sales team across all branches of West zone/ North Zone

- Acquire clients for direct business across all products

- Market/promote investment products to direct customers

Key Responsibilities :

- Recruit and train the sales team

- Organizing investor meets/awareness programs across the zone to generate leads for investment/for acquiring new clients

- Drive the sales to achieve the targets on the following parameters:

- Responsible for Client acquisition

- Responsible for SIP mobilization

- Responsible for AUM Growth

- Review the performance of the team periodically and put the non performing members in Performance Improvement Program (PIP), guide and support them to achieve the desired revenue and make them productive.

- Responsible for maintaining profitability
