- Maintaining the Learning Portal, Virtual Learning Resources and creating awareness amongst employees about the portal  - Working with SMEs to Create/Develop relevant/ targeted interactive e-learning modules, hosting them and ensuring availability to employees   - Applying Instructional Design Methodology with adult learning theories (High proficiency) Storyboarding, Hosting courses on portal using adobe Captivate (Ver 9)   - Reviewing, maintaining and updating material on the learning portal  - Promoting/Branding Learning across the businesses (mailer creation, dissemination/certificate design, etc)  - Defining processes, procedures and documentation and enabling continual improvement of services through initiatives relating to virtual Learning   - Collaborating with IT teams for updates/maintenance to portal  - Tracking hosted & targeted courses, defining, generating periodic reports and tracking them to completion   - Standardizing and maintaining ILT based Training Material   - Creating and Administering Online Tests as required on the learning portal  - Sharing Updates on learning on portal /writing short articles   - Liaise with businesses to understand Learning needs, design and develop Elearning interventions appropriate to the needs  - Exposure to Web Seminar tools such as WebeX (hosting, run and track )  - Exploring open source tools  - Knowledge on - Articulate- tool and Conducting, coordinating, supervising programs would be a definite plus  - Any other related activity that may be assigned from time to time
