Kartrocket is looking for a Sr. Manager Customer Service for Mobile to join our product team. The Product manager will be responsible for Customer Centric and profitable New Products / Enhancements on all the mobile platforms.   Responsibilities:   - Building products that are user friendly and have intuitive interface.   - Evaluate the ideas gathered on consumer need, technical feasibility, business case, competition, marketability, etc,   - Brainstorm with various stakeholders in the company & take responsibility for end-to-end delivery of ideas.  - Design products from scratch, Detailing the navigation flow, Conceptualize the UIs and Technical logic required,   - Work closely with Cross functional teams - Brand team, Designers and Technical development partners for creation and execution of the project  Requirements:   - 3-4 years of experience in product role preferably for an e-commerce & must in an Internet company.  - Should have knowledge on all the mobile iOS.  - Should be well versed with basic data analytics techniques.   - Should have an eye for aesthetics and a strong sense of design. Attention to detail is extremely important  - Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment & work independently.
