Karnex Software Solution - Human Resource Business Partner

Responsibilities:

- Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the organization's objectives.

- Provide guidance and support on employee relations matters, including investigations and conflict resolution.

- Manage performance management processes, including goal setting, performance feedback, and development planning.

- Partner with the talent acquisition team to ensure effective recruitment and selection processes.

- Work with managers to identify and develop top talent and create succession plans.

- Develop and implement compensation and benefits programs that support employee engagement and retention.

- Lead organizational development initiatives to support change management, workforce planning, and culture transformation.

- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in human resources management, Business Administration, or a related field

- At least 5 years of experience in an HRBP role or a related HR function

- Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and employment laws

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with business leaders and employees at all levels of the organization.

- Strong project management and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
