Job Overview :
- Karnex, an Automotive Engineering Software Development company, is seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Business Development professional in the field of Automotive Engineering.
- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of handling customer engagements, building relationships, and driving business growth within the automotive niche of engineering clients.
- This role requires a go-forward attitude and a passion for sales and business development.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify new business opportunities by researching the market and potential clients
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients
- Actively engage with clients to understand their needs, challenges, and opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to develop solutions that meet clients' needs
- Develop proposals, pitch presentations, and other sales materials to effectively communicate our offerings to clients
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients to secure new business
- Participate in industry events and conferences to network and build relationships with potential clients and partners
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities an improve our services
- Keep up to date with industry trends, technology, and regulations related to the automotive engineering industry
Key Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Proven track record of business development within the automotive engineering industry
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and networking skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other sales and marketing tools
- Willingness to travel to meet with clients and attend industry events
- A go-forward attitude and a passion for sales and business development
