Karkinos - Project Manager

Role Description:

1. Conduct and deliver large scale cancer screening programmes and work closely with partners, cross-functional teams, and assigned project resources to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for planned initiatives.

2. Develop a deep understanding of the Oncology healthcare domain and patient's journey in the Oncology Ecosystem.

3. Work with industry leaders and clinicians and be part of the digital health care transformation journey.

4. Develop and manage budget for projects and be accountable for delivering against established business goals/objectives supporting digital health delivery.

5. Develop an evaluation method to assess project strengths and identify areas for improvement.

6. Deliver product/project quality improvements based on feedback and patient experience measurements.

7. Produce meaningful funnel KPI dashboards and deliver monthly, cross performance reports with actionable insights for clinicians and decision makers.

Qualification:

Graduation (with adequate work experience) / Post Graduation in Pharmacy or any Life Science related field.

Relevant Work Experience:

1. 5-10 years' experience in project management with at least 3 years of managerial experience in planning, execution, reporting.

2. Proven working experience in project management.

3. Strong client-facing and internal communication skills.

4. Strong written and verbal communication skills.

5. Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.

6. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
