Define strategy and execution for new market entry (the why and the how) 2. Implement initiatives to increase conversion and velocity of our pipeline 3. Identify and develop business growth potential in local market, develop new business strategies for company to continue growing in the country, 4. Set-up a new organisational structure in Sales, Marketing and Service to support a stable growth 5. Build an efficient distributor channel in the region by finding the right channel partners 6. Evaluate quality and scalability of current sales systems and implement new systems 7. Bring rigour and organization to the weekly, monthly and quarterly sales meetings and reports You enjoy: 1. Developing sales strategies from scratch and adopting new ways to optimize sales. 2. Dealing with ambiguity in a fast-paced target focused environment. 3. Experience with selling nascent (embryonic/start-up) products/services into new markets is desirable. 4. Gaining understanding of manufacturing, supply chain and associated technologies 5. Leading team of sellers focusing on enterprise accounts And you have: 1. Deep technology related sales or business development experience with mid / large companies 2. 8+ years of technology/manufacturing related sales management or business development exp. 3. Work experience in B2B product sales or in e-commerce. 4. Prior experience influencing C-level executives.
