The right fit would be someone from the International T&D domain, who is from Product Sales (Not EPC), Someone from Transmorfer, Switchgear, Cable or related Industries

Role Summary:

The objective is to lead the Projects vertical of Transmission line SBU right from receipt of the approved tender till its successful completion in terms of receipt of the end product by the customer and their feedback

Key Responsibilities :

- Evaluation of the approved tender and the terms and conditions of the same.

- Coordination with Engineering vertical head for finalizing the timelines for completion of drawings - as per the needs.

- C-ordinate with Procurement team lead for the delivery of material

- Coordination with Plant Head in terms of project execution - to final the production, Quality Assurance, and other processes

- Co-ordination with clients in terms of queries and their resolution and the same to communicate further

- Coordinate visits of customers in the plant

- To have regular communication with the logistics team for the final despatch of the finished product.

- Ensure Correct invoices are shared with the customer and other relevant TL team members

- Maintain a record of each inquiry received and its tracking mechanism

- To remove bottlenecks and plug loopholes ( if any) - interdepartmental / plant
