Job Description for Group CFO

Objective: The Chief Financial Officer will direct and oversee the financial activities of the organization, direct the preparation of current financial reports and summaries, and create forecasts predicting future growth.

Expectation: Exposure to work with diversified group companies like the Kanodia Group.

This position will be heading the Cement Division, the Hygiene Division and Easy Build F&A Leads. Hence, respective knowledge in the mentioned fields is mandatory.

1. Roles & Responsibilities of Group CFO:

- Drive the company's complete financial planning.

- Perform risk management by analyzing the organization's liabilities and investments.

- Decide on investment strategies by considering cash and liquidity risks.

- Control, evaluate and manage the organization's fundraising plans and capital structure. (IMP.)

- Ensure cash flow is appropriate for the organization's operations

- Supervise all finance personnel (controllers, treasurers etc.)

- Managing profitability with Strategic planning and vision

- Prepare reliable current and forecasting reports

- Budget development, Cascading and Control.

- Set up and oversee the company's finance IT system for process improvement.

- Ensure compliance with the law and company's policies

- Manage team of financial controllers and financial analysts.

- As assigned by the core management of the company.

2. Requirement and skills:

- Proven experience as Group CFO, Group Finance Head or Relevant role

- In depth knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices

- Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods.

- Experience in IPO / Investments through Private Equity and Capital Market.

- Proficient in the use of MS Office and financial management software (ERP)

- Ability to strategize and solve problems

- Strong leadership and organizational skills

- Excellent communication and people skills

- An analytical mind, comfortable with numbers

- CPA is a strong advantage.

- Age Group Between 45 to 55 Years.
