Kanchansobha - Vice President - Investment Banking - CA

We are looking for a Chartered Account having experience of 10-15 years in Corporate Finance/Investment Banking that have strong fundamentals and relevant experience.

- The candidate will be responsible for managing a team of Senior Managers and AVPs. This team shall be responsible for Preparation of Financial Models, CMA Data, Project Reports, Research, Restructuring/Resolution Plans and Presentations for submission to banks, financial institutions, NBFCs, investors (including private equity investors).

- The candidate is required to be extremely hands on with the above-mentioned work. He/she should be able to not only guide the team but also have the ability to independently execute as and when required.

- Good leadership skills combined with very strong fundamentals in the domain of corporate finance is a must. The job also requires constant communication with various stakeholders including the client, lenders and investors.

- We are ideally looking for a person who is located at manageable distance from BKC.
