Job Description & Person Profile:-
Position Title: Account Manager / Key Account Manager
Function - Group Sales
Position Reports to - Zonal Manager/Regional Manager/ARM
Role Purpose: The incumbent will be responsible for acquiring new set of SME corporate clients in relation to National Pension System.
Key Accountabilities:
1- Develops a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
2- Generate, acquire, source new business, achieving the assigned business targets.
3- Managing existing relationship.
4- Studying & understanding market trends / competition activities.
5- Maintaining MIS as per company’s requirement.
Person Profile:
Education Background - Master's degree in Business management
Any other job related skills required e.g. software programs, Excel
Years of experience:- 3-4 years at least
Industry Exposure: e.g. Consumer Durables, IT, BFSI
Type of Experience : E.g. retail sales, market research etc.Corporate Sales
a. Essential - Experience in pension domain
b. Desirable - Knowledge of financial markets
Competencies : Skills – including personal attributes
1. Excellent negotiation, communication & presentation skills
2. Independent worker with good interpersonal skills & analytical skills.
3. Ability to endure the work pressures of a highly competitive environment.
