Business Manager (Corporate Sales / Key Accounts)
- Would be responsible to acquire new accounts and provide corporate services
- He/She should be able to establish contact with Decision Makers – CEO, CFO, Head HR, Director HR giving corporate presentations.
- Develop new business relationships, negotiate and generate new income for Company to an agreed annual target, to increase year on year.
- Build and leverage the brand equity and ensure topline growth in fleet number while retaining the Market Leadership position in the country.
Candidates preferably from Corporate Sales / Key Accounts Sales background
- MBA/Graduate in any discipline
- 5-10 years of experience in a similar profile
- Proven success in business-to-business sales preferably in a service industry background
- Confident negotiator and ability to ‘close the deal’.
- Strong client management skills and ability to keep promises.
- Confidence in presenting technical and marketing data to clients and colleagues in a variety of mediums.
- Capable of hands on problem solving, with ability to generate ideas and solutions.
- A positive and determined approach to researching and analyzing new business opportunities.
- Ability to use own initiative and pay close attention to detail.
- Ability to cope with competing demands and to prioritize tasks.
- Strong communication skills in all forms including written, oral, email, telephone and presentation.
- Excellent organization and time management skills.
- A positive attitude to dealing with people.
- Capable of working independently – support is available by the RSH/NSH/CH for complex large pitches and strategies.
Work Location : Pune
CTC : 7 Lkhs to 10 Lkhs
for Gurgaon Location : 10 Lkhs to 13 Lkhs
