Job Title: Corporate Manager - Project Sales

Territory: Entire Mumbai
Job Description:
- Skim the healthcare delivery market for New, Expansion and Renovation Hospital projects in Pvt. and Govt. sector & create wide funnel of prospective business leads.
- Identify & build rapport with key stake holders of the projects eg. CEO / COO/CFO, Head of departments of Surgery, Hospital Project /Bio-Medical Engineering / Purchase Heads with help of knowledge based sharing imparted through effective product and business case presentations.
- Should be able to formulate and propose comprehensive business contracts covering broad product range with underlying strategy of long term business association with the institutions.
- Finalize the scope of work and bill of materials in coordination with the projects & Business management teams.
Desired Candidate's Profile:
- 5 years or above in projects / capital equipment Sales (ideally into operating theatres)/ Tech sales in Healthcare / Healthcare IT Industry. Key account Managers with strong technical knowledge in Professional Audio Visual /Communications industry can also be considered.
- Comprehensive key account management experience a plus
- Ability to “sell scientifically” as a medically competent knowledge partner for our expert clients
- Result-driven personality, customer focused, self-starter, positive thinker, excellent social and negotiation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Computer Literacy : Knowledge of MS Office. Advance Excel and PowerPoint presentation skills are highly desirable. CAD and MS Projects knowledge will be a definite PLUS
