Job Title: Sr. Executive / Assistant Manager Research

Primary Role:

- Responsible for market analysis & competitor study of real estate sector

- Undertake primary research and secondary research

- Data management and MIS

- Valuation for financial reporting purposes

Qualifications: MBA - Finance, CA, CFA

Capabilities -

- Strong capabilities in financial modeling

- Strong understanding of real estate and development industry

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, verbal and written

- Highly resourceful problem solver

- Demonstrated ability to consistently meet deadlines

- Detail-oriented

Years of Experience: 1-3 years in Real Estate Industry or in a consultancy Firm but should have done work in the Real Estate space

Location: Mumbai
