Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assist in Managing Annual Performance management, Rewards & operations.
- HR metrics and data collection & compilation from variety of sources like payroll outputs, management and employee survey, employment records etc.
- Provides guidance on proposed compensation requests (job levelling, banding, salary benchmarking) for conformance to established guidelines, policies and practices.
- Delivers training, guidance and promotes Performance Management & compensation programs and initiatives.
- Maintain historical and current employee data in the Human Resource (HRIS) system.
- Lead for flawless Payroll monthly.
- Generate management reports and ensure privacy of data.
