Position Profile -Manager Legal (S-1)   Qualification: LLB and CS  Experience: minimum experience of 5 years with the legal department of any Bank / financial institution or experience in drafting and finalizing documents for fundraising in a reputed corporate:  The objective of the Role :  - Finalization of loan documents for fundraising.   - Co-ordination with Lender's empaneled advocate for finalization of Title report of mortgage Property.   Skill & know how :  - Good understanding & interpretation of laws especially Transfer of Property Act, RERA.   - Sound knowledge of Companies Act, LLP Act, RBI Act, SARFAESI Act, Insolvency & Bankruptcy code, Bombay Stamp Act and other laws & regulations related to borrowing & lending transactions  - Excellent negotiation & persuasion skills.  - Sound documentation skills   - Solution oriented  Key Responsibilities :  - Prepare and finalize all documentation relating to fundraising from Bank, Financial Institution and Funds including the loan agreement, mortgage deed, Guarantee, Debenture Trust Deed, Share Purchase Agreement undertaking etc.  - Responsible for ensuring all legal compliances as agreed with Lenders.  - Co-ordination with an empaneled advocate of lenders and resolving all queries related to the title of the property and obtaining final title report from lender's advocate.   - Handle all correspondence/notices with external agencies.  - Advice on a strategy and plan of action to surmount legal issues.  Cost: 12 to 15 lacs.
