Kalpataru - AGM - Legal - Non Litigation

- To handle all debt documentation review & closure

- To be responsible for end to end closure of loan documents/ PE Documents (including negotiation, execution, registration, charge creation etc) and ensuring title of property as acceptable to Lender

- To handle all correspondence and notices with all external agencies

- To advise on legal queries, problems and strategies

- To be well versed with RERA and its compliance

- To guide the team members as required

The purpose of this role is to independently interact and liaise with all the external agencies and internal customers, and attend to all documentation, while being a part of the Finance team.
