What you'll do?

- Manage the entire product lifecycle from concept through launch and beyond.

- Break down the overall strategy to roadmap and own the backlog.

- Grow the products and features for both existing and new products.

- Own responsibility and accountability for the product experience and associated OKR's.

- Define, implement, and own metrics to monitor and communicate product performance, validate hypothesis, refine content and experience.

- Analyze and educate the business on the market dynamics, trends and our competition.

- You will own high-level strategic initiatives, but also need to roll up your sleeves, dig in and get the job done.

What you need to be?

- Bachelors/Masters degree or equivalent with 5+ years of experience in product management.

- Exposure to FinTech and Credit domains.

- Experience creating and contributing to product roadmap and evangelizing the product vision.

- Track record of solving complex challenges and completing large-scale projects from initiation to delivery.

- Experience working directly and cross-functionally with engineers, other PMs, and related stakeholders.

- Strong technical understanding of systems. Be able to contribute to design/architecture decisions to align with product vision.

- Strong quantitative data analysis and critical thinking skills

- Ability to persuade/influence all levels of the organization using excellent verbal and written communication.

- Strong work ethic. Self-starting personality who can problem solve and develop creative solutions.

- High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
