To know more about Kaleidofin, do visit our sitehttps://kaleidofin.com/ To know more about Kaleidofin, do visit our sitehttps://kaleidofin.com/ What you'll do? - Manage the execution of the entire product lifecycle management from concept through launch and beyond. - Break down the overall roadmap into specific components for you to own the backlog. - Grow the products and features for both existing and new products. - Own responsibility and accountability for the product experience and associated OKR's. - Define, implement, and own metrics to monitor and communicate product performance, validate hypothesis, refine content and experience. - Analyze and educate the business on the market dynamics, trends and our competition. Responsible for Below Product Initiatives: - Build features on Customer App targeted towards increasing the active user base of Kaleidofin. - Support features for customers to access our neo-banking financial service products & it's features using IVR & WhatsApp channels. - Improve Key metrics of our Customer App such as Improving MAU, Decreasing Uninstalls Driving Digital App Downloads etc. etc. - Work on customer videos & other product marketing collateral along with design team to improve overall customer engagement & drive adoption of our products. - Build features on our customer support platform to help resolve & address the customer queries & issues through our in-house call center. - Improve User Engagement with Kaleidofin through running drip campaigns, product awareness communications & other product marketing campaigns using SMS, IVR & WhatsApp. - Build features on platform to manage user life cycle management & accordingly manage customer engagement activities across different customer segments using our products. - Work with business, financial solutions & customer support teams to design effective processes & SOPs to provide the best-in-class customer support experience to our customers. - Manage NPS & CSAT processes and work with other teams to improve the brand recall of Kaleidofin among the customers. What you need to be? - 3+ years of experience in product management. FinTech market experience a strong plus. - Experience creating and contributing to a software product roadmap, evangelizing the product vision. - Experience working directly and cross-functionally with developers, product managers, and other related stakeholders - Excellent communication, presentation skills and ability to interact with all levels of the organization. - Strong work ethic. Self-starting personality with the ability to problem solve and develop creative solutions. Works well and stays focused under little supervision. - Bachelor's /PG degree or equivalent in work experience. - Mandatory work from office (HYBRID)-Chennai/Bangalore
