What you need to do?
- Owner for Kiscore business line, revenue and growth targets
- Drive sales / business development initiatives for Kiscore product across target client institutions/network partners like Banks, NBFCs and other financial institutions
- Create and execute client engagement programs and relationship management for deeper adoption of Kiscore per client by working closing with partner institutions technology, credit, risk and business teams
- Project manage technology integrations, including product upgrade and product life cycle for each kaleidofin institutional clients.
- Prepare and provide business reviews to the product management and engineering team regarding progress and roadblocks to improve Kiscore product per partner
- Conduct client facing workshops in India and globally both in person and virtually as needed.
- Would demand 50% travel
- Opportunity to work closely with the co-founders in conceptualising and developing solutions to complex business problems
Who you need to be?
- Experience in institutional sales for data analytics, technology and software products with special focus on financial sector
- Experience of managing p&l, revenue and Growth targets of similar products
- Business acumen, with a demonstrated track record of driving emerging technologies, relevant business knowledge of credit products and technical knowledge about use, efficacy of credit models
- Presentation and writing skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts to cross-functional audiences.
- Strong communication and strategic influencing skills
- Must be results-oriented and have a proven ability to work across diverse teams, including those not under direct supervision and achieve key business objectives.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative team environment
- Demonstrated project management ability to track multiple programs concurrently and to report progress
