Work Experience: 8 ~ 10 years in reputed FMCG Organisations
Qualification: MBA or equivalent from Tier I Institute
Responsibilities:
1. Achieve Primary and Secondary Sales targets for the assigned region in line with Sales Strategy
2. Meet sales targets through team performance, development and controlling sales expenses.
3. Strengthen Distribution Network
Skill sets:
1. Possess analytical ability & be data driven for driving & achieving volumes
2. Geographical awareness & Tamil speaking ability are mandatory
