Developing yourself into the role of an effective KI consultant will be your initial primary role. A senior consultant will be assigned as your mentor.

Under the guidance of a Team Leader Knowledge Development Studio, you will carry out desk research for new body of knowledge; convert that knowledge into a structured, but practical & effective service delivery.

You & KDS team will be responsible to develop complete subject material, developing games and other consulting and training aids for training & for pilot implementation at client sites in different industries. This includes :

a) Study existing course material developed by Global & KI IndAf.

b) Understand the expectations and need for development

c) Carry out desk research to gather best practices on course materials & applications development

d) Prepare draft material under the guidance of Functional expert

e) Do mock up presentation

f) Fine tune and complete the development

Salary Offered : 4 - 7 LPA
