Job Description

Responsible for managing and executing projects that involve implementing technical solutions to streamline and optimize our business operations. The primary focus will be scoping opportunities for improvement, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering projects on time, within budget, and meeting all project goals. They should have a passion to work in a high impact business and partner with internal customers to gather requirements and build solutions. Work as a trusted advisor who can influence clients and stakeholders effectively.

Responsibility :

- Lead end-to-end project management efforts, including planning, scoping, resource allocation, and risk mitigation.

- Understand the technical aspects of our business operations, systems, and processes to effectively identify areas of improvement.

- Build relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, operations teams, and external vendors.

- Coordinate and guide cross-functional teams, providing direction, support, and guidance throughout the project lifecycle.

- Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively address issues that may impact project timelines or objectives.

- Maintain accurate project documentation and reports, demonstrating your ability to plan, organize, and execute effectively.

- Ensure that project deliverables meet the required quality standards, holding yourself and others accountable for actions, decisions, and goals.

- Drive initiatives by analyzing operational processes, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing innovative solutions.

Requirements -

- 5+ years' experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience.

- Experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects

- 1+ year(s) experience reading and/or writing code (e.g., sample documentation, product demos.

- Leadership and management skills for overseeing multiple projects and stakeholders concurrently.

- Good understanding of complex technical systems and have a commitment to ongoing learning in the tech field.

- Ability to articulate ideas in both written and verbal forms, and to persuade stakeholders to align with project objectives.

- Identify problems clearly, making data-driven decisions, and managing risks effectively.

- Be proactive in identifying client needs and expectations

- Adaptable in a software development Lifecycle (SDLC) framework with diverse regulatory and legal jurisdictions.

- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Master's in Project Management, or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.

- Experience in building business process and intelligence solutions using Power Platform.

- Experience with Multi-Cloud (Google, AWS, AZURE) DevOps (ADO) or similar project management tools.

Education: -

- Bachelor's Degree in MIS, Computer Science, Project Management, Business Management
