Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and versatile senior client engagement manager to join our team based in the United States. In this multifaceted role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our US-based clients, while also taking on the responsibilities of an Account Manager, Product / Services Evangelist, and a Business Development Specialist. You will play a crucial role in nurturing existing client relationships, driving product strategy, and identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

Responsibilities:

1. Client Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients in the United States.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and escalations.

- Understand client needs and objectives, and work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

- Regularly communicate with clients to provide updates, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services.

Account Management:

- Develop and execute account plans to achieve revenue targets and growth objectives

- Monitor account health and performance metrics, proactively addressing any issues or risks.

- Prepare and deliver regular account reviews and presentations to clients, highlighting key achievements and future opportunities.

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop customized solutions and strategies to meet client needs.

2. Product Management:

- Act as the liaison between clients and internal product development teams, advocating for client needs and requirements.

- Gather and prioritize product enhancement requests and feedback from clients, ensuring alignment with overall product roadmap and strategy.

- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform product development decisions.

- Participate in product launches, training sessions, and demonstrations for clients as needed.

3. Business Development:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the US market, including expansion into new industries or verticals.

- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify potential prospects and market gaps.

- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to acquire new clients and achieve revenue targets.

- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote company offerings and establish new relationships.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.

- Proven experience (5+ years) in a client-facing role, preferably within the technology or SaaS industry.

- Strong understanding of account management principles and practices, with a track record of driving client satisfaction and retention.

- Experience in product management or product development, with the ability to translate client needs into actionable product requirements.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to effectively both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Demonstrated ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities, with a successful track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and the ability to leverage data and insights to drive decision-making.

- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
