Company Overview :
- They should have experience in leading Customer Success & Growth team that services existing accounts and uses variety of marketing and outreaching strategy to generate and nurture new accounts.
- They should be comfortable in supervising a team of Customer Success & Growth leaders & Specialists.
- They are to be focused on account management, development & growth and implement plans and strategies to help their team meet the goals & objectives.
Responsibility :
- Determine strategies by identifying business function opportunities and the best-suited position for the function adoption within the business partner organization.
- Measure adoption and work with business leaders to develop future roadmap and opportunities.
- Partner with technology leads to develop and maintain multi-year business capability roadmaps.
- Advise business engagement leads and business leaders to identify and integrate business partners long-range plans into business capability roadmaps and priorities, as appropriate. Brief stakeholders on business partner plans and assist in the execution of said plans.
- Develop ideas, including digital awareness, risk assessments, business continuity, and business capability requirements.
- Partner with the project/program/portfolio management organization to ensure a healthy and well-managed initiative portfolio.
- Determine business value and priorities to planning activities and goal setting.
- Ensure that project/program managers of business partner projects are knowledgeable about the business partner and their objectives; engage as a project/program stakeholder, including evaluating project efforts and progress against joint strategic plans and objectives.
- Be creative and innovative with regards to your knowledge and awareness of industry trends and digital advances as they relate to new opportunities and business needs.
- Developing and implementing our process standards playbook to align with industry best practices, i.e., International Organization for Standardization (ISO)
- Establishing a process publishing & managing changes framework, driving ease of discovery by the organization.
Requirements/Skills :
- Experienced in IT, software application, SaaS related products and services.
- Extremely organized and attentive to detail.

- A successful track record in developing and managing internal and external partnerships.

Education : MBA or related field required.
