Responsibilities:

- Your role and responsibilities primarily consist of the following areas: Strategic initiatives, program management and leadership hiring.

- Strategic initiatives are discrete projects which you will lead on behalf of our founders.

- Program management comprises a set of weekly, quarterly and annual responsibilities.

- Help us build a pipeline of key leadership talent across the board.

Requirements:

- Strong analytical aptitude (viz excel macros, SQL etc).

- Strong in verbal and written communication (viz an eloquent speaker, can write press releases, Board decks, blogs etc).

- Strong understanding and exposure to tech and product space (viz understands AARRR, native vs web vs react-native, microservices, API contracts etc).
