Does promoting an organization that is impacting today's youth sounds appealing? Would helping improve educational outcomes for K12 Boarding students excite you?

Please only apply if you have worked in Residential/Boarding Schools as Sales/Business Development/Admissions Leader.

Key Responsibilities:

a) Develop strategies for business development to help achieve company sales goals in your territory.

b) Hands-on-experience in school and college management pertaining to admissions, marketing and operations, signing MOU for school operations, land and property acquisition for setting up of new Residential schools, competitor analysis, liasioning with Government officials.

c) Assist with managing customer relationships and expectations.

d) Help with developing a rapport with clients and gaining an understanding of their needs.

Engage prospective schools and districts across the country. Handling of day to day operations activities, introduction of new vendors and amend polices to reduce the operations cost.

e) Have opportunities for growth and development. Channel/ agent coordination and strong negotiation. To identify potential clients in the education space across your territory. Reach out to potential clients in a resourceful and engaging way.

f) Act as a K-12 evangelist.

g) Creates and implements comprehensive strategies aimed at increasing admissions pipelines, applications and yield of high-caliber students. Manages the Admission operating budgets.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- A Master's degree

- Minimum of 5 years of sales in educational industry in Residential Schools is mandatory.

- Passion for growing a new territory

- Team player mentality

- Displays high level of personal and professional integrity

- Excellent oral and written communication skills

- Passion and drive

- Growth mindset

- Experience in Ed-Tech a huge plus!
