K12 Techno Services - Products Manager - Literacy

- Primary objective of the Literacy Products Manager will be to conceptualize, build and deliver English literacy products for ages 3-10. They will be responsible for the vision, strategy and roadmap for building some amazing literacy products (digital and physical). They will work with internal teams, teachers, and students to come up with innovative and path breaking language learning products and improve product adoption.

Key Responsibilities :

Product Conceptualization :

- Define and create a framework for a web-based reading and literacy program for 3-12 year old deliver the following documents - Product Specifications, Strategy and Vision, Internal Guides, Customer guides, Roadmaps, User stories, design guidelines, competitor analysis documents, etc.

- Work with the early years literacy team, B2C marketing and tech teams, and generate ideas for new literacy products - 5 different products for B2B and B2C (digital and physical). Interact with Literacy Experts and educators to understand the current and future trends of the education sector and validate these ideas.

Product Building :

- Provide product requirements to the tech team, and the kits team in the form of features and user stories. Answer Why Who How and What of the product with supporting documents.

- Work with Product designers, UI and UX designers to create engaging products.

- Conduct user testing, collect feedback and iterate on the product.

Product Iterations and Roadmap :

- Work closely with the Marketing, Sales, school implementation teams to understand how the product is being used and build better versions.

- Track metrics for the products - MAU, DAU, MRR, CAC, Churn Rate and other relevant metrics and take data based decisions to improve the product.

Desired Candidate Profile :

Must Haves :

- 3+ years of experience in curriculum and content design for literacy products.

- Experience working with children in the age group of 3 to 14 years.

Preferred :

- Understanding of the education market.

- Experience in building educational products/programs from scratch.

- Tech savvy with an analytical bent of mind.
