- Strong negotiation skills and aptitude for networking.

- Responsible for developing sales strategies and managing a sales team in order to achieve set sales goals, targets, and revenue.

- Have a focused approach and should show the Cost of Customer Acquisition.

- Resource utilization and drive quality lead generation

- Strongly data-driven and command over driving input parameters

- Managing Optimum Lead Utilization & Data Collection to get maximum admission conversion.

- Thinking out of the box to help increase overall productivity.
