K12 Techno Services is a fast-growing Education Management company started by Sequoia Capital and IIM Grads. The Orchids International, a chain of 80+ schools and is managed by K12 Techno Services Pvt Ltd; end-to-end including a centralized Curriculum, Hiring, Teacher training, Resource Management, ERP, Transport, Finance, Marketing and so on.
The ideal candidate will have experience managing a large team of at least 50+ sales people.
Responsibilities :
- Develop & implement effective sales strategies for getting more walk-ins and more conversion from the leads.
- Monitor & analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements.
- Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities.
Requirements :
- Minimum 12+ years of work experience into sales & sales operation
- Any Graduation is eligible, MBA from premier B-School will be preferred
- Prior Experience of working in Education/Ed Tech Sector will be added advantage
- Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills
- Analytical and data driven problem solver
