K12 Techno Services - National Head - Sales Operation

The ideal candidate will have experience leading counseling managers and managing the daily operation of the business. You will be managing pan India admissions for Orchids The International School.

Responsibilities:

- Improving home counseling metrics

- Getting more walk-ins, getting more conversions

- Direct interaction with potential customers

- Direct sales and inside sales

- Ownership of 75% of pan India sales funnel

- Managing 30-40 direct reportees(BDMs)

- P&L ownership

Required:

- Management and Customer Service experience

- Strong administrative skills

- Demonstrated ability to lead

- Comfort working with budgets, payroll, revenue, and forecasting

- Strong communications skills

- Minimum 5-6 years experience is required in edtech industry
