The prominent role of the Outbound Sales Head is to ensure that all the leads in the databases is utilized to generate Admissions.
Location : Yashwantpura, Bangalore
Office Days : Monday to Friday, 2 Alternative Saturdays
Experience : Min 5 Years in Outbound sales
Preferable Industries : Fintech, Finance

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive rigorous sales development execution and oversight, and KPI management including hourly/daily metrics, forecasting, and pipeline management.
- Consistently achieve Admission targets in line with team/organizational objectives.
- Conversion of leads received from various marketing channels.
- Hands-on-experience on maintaining the leads within the database to ensure all leads are effectively utilized.
- Developing sales strategies & following up on business leads and referrals.
- Building an ongoing relationship with students and parents. Interacting with customers, understanding their requirements, and presenting the product.
- Analyse customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies.
- End to End Sales Cycle.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Postgraduate qualifications would be advantageous.
- A minimum of 5 years of Outbound Sales Experience along with hands-on-experience of working on buying databases is a must.
- Experience of handling database management is a plus.
