Job Summary:

As the Head of HR Analytics, you will lead a team responsible for leveraging data to drive HR decision-making, enhance employee experience, and contribute to organizational effectiveness. This role requires a seasoned HR professional with strong analytical capabilities, leadership skills, and the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations for senior management.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership:

- Lead and manage a team of HR analysts, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

- Provide strategic direction for HR analytics initiatives, aligning them with organizational goals.

Strategic Planning:

- Collaborate with HR leadership to develop and implement HR analytics strategies that align with the overall business strategy.

- Identify key HR metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives

Data Governance:

- Establish and maintain data governance standards to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security.

- Oversee the development and implementation of data quality improvement initiatives.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

- Drive the analysis of HR data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform strategic decision-making.

- Develop and deliver comprehensive HR analytics reports to senior management.

Workforce Planning and Talent Management:

- Partner with HR business partners and talent acquisition to provide insights into workforce planning, talent acquisition, and talent management strategies.

- Analyze and optimize recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Technology and Innovation:

- Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in HR analytics.

- Evaluate and recommend HR analytics tools and technologies to enhance data capabilities.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide analytics support.

- Present HR insights and recommendations to senior leadership in a clear and compelling manner.

Qualifications:

- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business, Statistics, or a related field.

- Minimum of 6 years of experience in HR analytics, in a leadership role.

- Proven experience leading and developing high-performing teams.

- Expertise in HR analytics tools and technologies.

- Strong business acumen and the ability to align HR analytics with organizational goals.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Strategic thinker with a track record of influencing senior management.
