Job Role - Location: BangaloreJob purpose:Overview:The Head of Copy is a senior leadership role responsible for leading and managing the copywriting team to create compelling and effective copy for various marketing and advertising initiatives. This role involves overseeing the development of copy from concept to final execution, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:Develop Advertising Strategies:Research market trends, consumer behavior, and competitors to develop effective advertising strategies.
Define target audiences and create advertising campaigns that resonate with them
Campaign Management:Plan and execute advertising campaigns across various channels, including print, digital, social media, and other relevant platforms.
Monitor and analyze the performance of campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve desired outcomes
Budget Management:Develop and manage advertising budgets to ensure cost-effective campaigns.
Negotiate and manage contracts with advertising agencies and vendors.
Creative Development:Work closely with creative teams to develop compelling and engaging advertising content.
Ensure that advertising materials align with brand guidelines and messaging.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to align advertising efforts with overall business goals.
Coordinate with external agencies, printers, and other vendors to execute campaigns.
Market Research:Stay informed about industry trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activities.
