Job Description

- Hands on Experience on ATL/BTL Promotional activities is must.

- Have worked on Road shows, Mall shows, events in crowded places(railwaystation,socities),etc. to increase sales and leads.

- Have worked in field sales for Generation of leads, sales.

- Managed Field Team (30-40) members/employees.

- PGDBM/MBA in Marketing from Business School of Repute (IIM/MDI/FMS/ISB etc)

- 6 yrs+ Experience in FMCG/Telecom (Prepaid)/Insurance/Credit Cards

- Hardcore fieldwork experience and driving productivity.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Excellent Communication team handling skills

- Drive quality leads from direct & indirect 40-50+ manpower

- Strongly data-driven and command over driving input parameters

- Lead Collection and quality monitoring.

- Managing Optimum Lead Utilization to get maximum admission conversion.

- Must Possess Basic Knowledge of CRM tools.

- Hiring and Performance Management would be crucial in this role

- Thinking out of the box to help increase overall productivity.
