K12 Techno Services - Chief Officer - Sales

Chief Sales Officer:

- As the Chief Sales Officer (CSO), you will be responsible for developing and executing the sales strategy. You will lead a large sales team of 1000+ sales professionals to drive revenue growth, expand the customer base, and maximize profitability.

- You Should have handled a large team size of (at least 500+ sales people) and should have had a national role in your organisation.

- B2C experience is a must. We are NOT LOOKING for someone with just a B2B sales experience.

- Experience in FMCG / Insurance / Retail Banking / Telecom is preferred.

- This role requires spending considerable time on the field. Candidate will have to be super comfortable with travelling.
