- Looking for someone who has run a chain of cafes / restaurants and understands all elements of running the business.
- Preferably, an MBA. Prior experience as entrepreneur would be an added advantage but not mandatory.
- Plan, forecast and execute food and beverage orders
- Check food and beverage supplies and place orders when needed
- Adhere to food, health and safety standards
- Plan, hire, train, oversee and manage the members of staff
- Customer oriented approach
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Team player
- Good organizational and time-management skills
